The Shepherd's Love Caring Ministries is a non government organization in Uganda and an indigenous Christian based organization which started in 2018 as a community based organization (CBO) with 6-9 vulnerable children and helpless from distitute families. Later the charity foundation and transformed into a NGO in 2024. We support poverty eradication programs, widows, and empowerment of women, sanitation and health sensitization, among many others.

Our volunteers are the heart and soul of our organization, selflessly giving their time and skills to create a positive impact in the lives of individuals and communities.
Our journey began in 2018 when Pastor Denis Kizza went to Lugala kosovo to plant a church. He found the place was a ghetto /slum and very crowded.
There was every kind of addiction and bad behaviors including theft, marijuana smoking, prostitution, fornication, witchcraft, domestic violence, to mention but afew. These resulted into ungodliness, single motherhood, men abandoning their families, joblessness, children not going to school, some children going to the streets, where they have learned kinds of bad habits and behaviors. With all that I came to realize that the community needed Jesus.
When I began moving around sharing Christ/the Gospel, I found quite a number of people, especially single mothers and children hating themselves saying they felt rejected and hated; no one loves them. I encouraged them, that although they felt hated and rejected and no one loved them, there was a great shepherd called Jesus Christ who loves and cares, hence the name of the ministry "The shepherd’s Love caring ministries".
Our mission as a ministry is to empower orphans and vulnerable children through the provision of services such as medical care, education, love, and all necessary children needs to return hope and build a better future for the children.
